NUMBER 3- General Rilldo is one of the villains of Dragon Ball GT then a creation of "Dr. Myu" Rilldo is the commander of Planet M2. First General Rilldo form is used to hide his true power. His real skills are in their transformations. Rilldo can transform twice each time slowly showing off its true power. In his second form, he is just as powerful as SSJ form Goku in GT. In its final form, he is much stronger and full power is shown. Apparently Rilldo is stronger than Boo because when Goku feels his ki says that his power does not compare with Boo.
